What does the BWC provide?

The Backyard Wedding Collective was created by the coordinators over at Pop the Champagne Events. We understand that every situation, budget, and style is unique, so we are here to create a special, intimate day, designed just for you. We have two packages to choose from:

1. The All-Inclusive-Short-And-Sweet Wedding Day – For one set price we bring all the essential ingredients to get you legally married, and celebrate with your nearest and dearest. This package is for up to 10 guests and includes: 3 hours of photography, legally-ordained minister with a 15 minute custom ceremony, bouquet and boutonniere for the couple (or two bouquets! or two boutonnieres!), appetizers, champagne and a wedding cake, along with a coordinator to run the show, serve guests, play music and all the little things in between. Price: $4,500
2. Custom Backyard Wedding Planning – We have found that everyone’s vision of a “backyard wedding” is a little different! From an elaborate dinner party, to a boho picnic, family brunch or whatever else you can envision- we can bring it to life! This is a full planning package that includes vendor selection, design, coordination and execution. Backyards offer flexibility and room for creativity but can propose logistical issues too (lighting! power! bathrooms!) The BWC knows how to navigate all of it seamlessly and create a special, flawless day for you. Price: starts at $2,500

I’m IN…When can we do this thing?!

We can create your backyard wedding with a minimum of 3 weeks notice and a maximum of 6 months notice. We are currently flexible and considering the number of guests allowed based on the guidelines, and of course, safety is our number one priority.

How do we pull this off quickly and affordably?

We offer a collective of vendors who are here for the right reasons. Who want to see weddings go back to their roots of love, family and intimate moments. We take the research and guess work out of planning – bringing together a team that will execute your day flawlessly.
